At Paris Texas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury footwear isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and protective dust bags, ensuring the shoebox is placed inside a secure shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
